Yes, customers on previous SMART Tariff can switch to the new tariff plan free of charge by dialing #111# on their handset and selecting option 1(“Change to new package”) on the menu.
6. I had switched to the New SMART Tariff plan can I switch back to the previous SMART tariff plan?
Yes you can switch to your previous Tariff plan by dialing #111# and selecting option 2 (“Reverse to previous package”) from your handset, However you can switch to your previous SMART Tariff plan only once.
