How it works

Registration procedure:

1. Visit your nearest Mobitel branch / bank branch and give your information to register for this service. They will verify and send the information to Mobitel for registration.
2. This registration process will take a maximum of 14 working days from the time your information is given. (This will vary depending on the bank that you are enrolled with)
3. Once the information is received, Mobitel will register you under this service and you will receive a welcome SMS on your Mobitel phone along with your PIN number.
4. Your "My Mobitel" menu will also be updated, in order to enable you to make your payments with convenience.

5. The PIN number that you receive will be requested when making a payment towards your connection.
6. The maximum amount you can reload is Rs 1,000 while the minimum is Rs 100.
7. A SMS will be sent for you to confirm that the transaction was successful or whether it was rejected due the unavailability of funds in the bank account.
